Gemma specialises in strategic engagement, event management, marketing and communications. She brings a wealth of experience into every project having worked for 20 years across the corporate, health, leisure, music/entertainment, charity, and higher education sectors.

She has managed projects and events of all sizes internationally and domestically. She has had the privilege of working on guest experience programs with associated communications/ promotion and financial management at the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix Melbourne, Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival and Moto GP plus incentive programs for high-profile corporate clients. She has worked on concert/ event coordination and on big awards nights.

Gemma has also worked in straight Engagement Manager and Communications roles. She strongly focuses on relationship management, community relations, and customer experience.
