Starting in the events industry in 2001 on small scale community festivals, Jaymee quickly shifted to large scale in 2006 with the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. Since then, Jaymee has travelled the world working on large scale major events. Jaymee has taken on the Senior Producer role for large scale meetings and events for corporate clients such as DELL Technologies and Novo Nordisk & Netflix in North America.

She has also assumed the role of Conference Executive on the prefabAUS Conference. Jaymee has produced White Night Melbourne and Regional Events, and taken on various roles at St Kilda Festival, Australia's largest free music festival as well as the athlete entry for the Amir Cup, managed Ceremonies for the Islamic Games and the National Projects Manager at The Smith Family Charity.
